Slow Ways is a project to create a walking and running network that connects all of the UK's towns, cities and thousands of villages. Using existing footpaths, people will be able to use the Slow Ways to walk and run between neighbouring settlements or daisy-chain routes for long distance journeys. A first draft, created by 700 volunteers during lockdown has produced 7,500 Slow Ways that stretch for over 110,000km.

RED January is a nationwide movement that empowers people to get active every day during January, to ‘beat the blues away'. Since it began in 2016, over 150,000 people have kick started their year in a positive way and together the RED community has raised £2.7million for Mind. RED January is RunSome's strategic partner for January, and RunSome will champion RED Together through the year.

Mums for Lungs is a network of parents campaigning for clean air, so children can breathe safely and healthily. Founded in 2017 by Jemima Hartshorn, at the time on maternity leave, Mums for Lungs is campaigning on air pollution issues across London and the UK. Campaigns are directed at all levels of decision-makers. Mums for Lungs is particularly focussed on campaigning for School Streets and providing parents and schools with all the insight and resources needed to create a safe and non-toxic start to the day.
